A naturalist, realist and lover of all things nature, Tricia Pleasant is equal parts healer, coach and mentor. She enjoys life to the fullest and knows she’s found her life calling. It’s this knowing that brings joy and peace to Tricia’s life. It’s this feeling she wants to help others to feel, as well.

I offer online and in-person sessions, so we can design and work through a step by step process for you to step into your greatness no matter your location.

I am a Barrett Values Center CTT Certified Consultant, Certified Trainer of the Success Principles, and certified in Canfield Methodology. In other words, I am a Transformation Facilitator meeting you where you are at and offering tools specific to your life to help you create the life you want to live. I look at your needs and approach your coaching from a view of “What CAN you do?” to take steps in the direction you want to go. I help you make each action step a doable size, helping you move forward as you step into your authentic self and a life that you love living.

Tricia is known for her Therapeutic Massage, combining several different techniques including Trigger Point Therapy, Cupping, Myofascial Release, Acupressure, and Swedish Massage. In combination, these techniques help her clients release acute pain, chronic pain, and stress. She looks at each person’s individual needs upon intake and after assessment, creates a session that will help facilitate the greatest change and results for each client.

Tricia is also gifted in balancing the body's energies using Energy Work, Sound Therapy and Essential Oils, creating a meditative, stress relieving, relaxing experience if that is what your body and mind need when you arrive. Sometimes it is in the subtle techniques that the most healing is found.

Tricia offers Aromatherapy Sessions. These 40-minute sessions take a clinical approach to applying essential oils along the energy meridians and visceral contact points of the back and feet to help balance and support your body’s systems.

Tricia teaches semi-private and private classes in her small studio near downtown Covington. A reservation is required for these classes as space is limited. If you are interested in joining or have a group of 5-8 people you would like to form a class with, please email Tricia for more information and studio location.

Scheduled Class: Yoga for Vitality (Restorative) • Fridays from 8:00-9:15 a.m. All levels. You must make a reservation for this class, as space is limited.
